I finally got that Lit Review done that was due on Monday (changed from Friday thank goodness). I wrote the majority of it on Sunday the rest on Saturday. It was 2734 words (no idea how i remember that :P) limit was 3000-4000. I was in the 10% range thank goodness. It was a horrible topic and painful to write.

Now all I need to do is finish my database, website and other project that for the class the Lit Review was in. That one shouldn't take long as its based on the Lit Review. Group one though, and my group sucks. Like seriously. I'm prob going to end up doing all the work. The first group I had in that subject was great but I couldn't have them again cause we'd already done one project together- cruel cruel teacher. The website is for my Knowledge Management Technologies class which I love and it's nearly done. I am so ahead of everyone in that class it isn't funny- I spent last class mucking around on the internet with my TEACHERS PERMISSION :D

Oh merlin... there's something on TV about people being addicted to being online- games, facebook, porn and what constitutes as it. I am glad to here that I'm no where near as bad as some people... I at least don't neglect my health, I do other things and all of that. I'm probably obsessed but not addictied... or I don't know.

Today was a work team day... I don't think I was supposed to go because I'm casual but I went to the morning part. I came home because I wasn't feeling well and slept for most of the afternoon. Now I'm slowly trying to download my lectures from the Uni Blackboard but it isn't working/taking forever so I'm updating this, tagging and such.

If I owe you tags/applications they will come. I've got a bit of time tonight and tomorrow.

On Friday I had to go up to Uni again- I had a project due though I didn't tell my parents that. One the way home I was in a carriage with two people from where I live and they were talking about a card game which sounded very interesting. It's called Magic: The Gathering and it's slightly like Pokemon Battles that we could have. I'm planning on start once Uni is finished.

Well it’s that time of year again. AFL Finals are gripping the country. Every year during September the country stops for each final and then the Grand Final which takes place at the MCG on the last Saturday of the month even if no Melbourne teams are taking part in it. I’ve always loved Football even if my team (Richmond) isn’t the best one at the moment- far from it in fact (though I still maintain next year is our year despite us loosing three of our best players).

Last night was the Brownlow medal where Gary Abblet Jr from Geelong won as he was expected to. He’s played a fantastic season this year and had 7 games with 40+ posessions which is practically unheard of. The Brownlow medal is for the best player throughout the season where they are voted on after each game. If they are suspended they are disqualified from the running though they can still be voted for.

The final eight I mentioned above has gotten down to two teams- St Kilda and Geelong both from Melbourne which is awesome (AND COLLINGWOOD WAS THRASED (I kind of hate them)). Taking place at 2:10 next Saturday they’re fighting it out for the top spot and the honour of winning the Grand Final which will stop the nation for the afternoon at the very least- most likely the whole day. I myself do not know who I’m going to barrack for. St Kilda hasn’t made a Grand Final since the 60’s but this is Geelong’s third in a row and they are yet to win one so they both kind of deserve to win.

I'm playing Bellatrix for the first time and I'm so worried that I'm not doing her correctly (I'm kind of doing that she's making out her craziness is more than it actually is). It's a fun line though and I love the partner I'm doing it with (this is our second active line atm).

I'm trying to work on my project for Uni and failing miserably... its a database one and I don't like it... well I don't mind making the databases but this is a written report and in a group. Plus I want to go home. I only had class from 9:30-10:30 today (and it takes an hour train trip each way to get there) as my other lecture and tute were cancelled due to a strike *grumbles* and thats my fav class too.

AND I'M WRITING MY FIRST FANFIC IN MONTHS.... I should probably finish off the ones I'm currently writing but I lost them when my laptop died so I have to save them off FF.Net and figure out what was happening. I had nearly finished the stories too *cries* THIS ONE IS LUCIUS/NARCISSA THOUGH *dies*. For those I don't talk to a lot they're my new OTP (yeah I'm obsessed with them).

I'm also going to drop a lot of my LJ challenges cause I'm not in the fandoms really anymore plus I've had them for so long I doubt I'm going to finish them anytime soon.

So, while I've been away from Livejournal a lot has happened to me. Not sure if you guys know but back in March I started a University (College) course to become a Librarian which I've always wanted to become. I love the computer side- we learn about information knowledgement, searching, web 2.0, web design (last two are my fav subject so far) but it's out of the business college so that means I have to do business subjects like Marketing Principles, Accounting and Macro-economics which I don't enjoy. At all. I'd transfer or drop out but its like the only course here to get me where I want to go so I have to stick it out unfortunately.

In other news, my laptop is deader than dead. It had been playing up for AGES but a few weeks ago it died. Turns out it needs a new motherboard and harddrive, and of course we can't find the warranty/reciept so I can't get it fixed. Makes it hard to Roleplay and do Uni work *cries*.

Roleplay. Oh I love it so much. It is so bloody addictive, especially when you find a game/character that you LOVE. Also my friends in that rule. Completely. It's mostly on Insanejournal but I've got a game here too which is awesome. I've been transfering my CDJ to immortalaussie on IJ and making arevolvingworld into a fanfiction journal (IJ and here) once I get around to cleaning it out. ARW was to disorganised for my liking which is why I'm making IA into my new CDJ. pansexual on IJ is still going to be my RL journal though along with this one (on dreamwidth).

Now, I really should be getting off... cause my parents have been yelling at me for awhile to get off *pouts*

I HAVE MY FIRST EVER UNIVERSITY DAY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. My life has been hectic lately. Over the past few months Victoria has been ravanged by bushfires that have so far killed 209 people (or there about) and still rising as well as destroying over 1000 houses. And many of them have been purposely lit including the Churchill one which was by far the worst. Its know known as Black Saturday and is said to be worse than Ash Wednesday back in the early 1980's (1982?).

On top of that I also have started a new job at my local library so that's taking up a lot of time. The past two weeks (Jan 31-Feb 31) I worked something like 40hours and I'm hoping for some more hours there- I NEED MONEY

AS of March 2nd I'm starting my University course so this past month has been taken up by registration, orientation (next week), timetabling and all paper work and that sort of thing- fun :P

This means I haven't had time to write much but my stories are coming. I'm even starting a new one. Its currently untitled but I got it from Plot Bunnies. It's a Harry Potter time travel one but instead of falling in love with Severus/Remus/Sirius etc (all the usual ones) he falls in love with Peter even knowing what he will do in the future

So, we've all seen fics where Harry goes back in time--through
whatever means--and falls in love with Sirius or Snape or Voldemort or
the Sorting Hat's identical twin cousin. What if, instead, he falls
finds himself falling in love with Peter Pettigrew?

Harry goes back in time--but it must be before Peter betrays the
Potters, and preferably while they're still in school--and finds
himself identifying with and/or understanding young Peter in some way,
and slowly growing to love him, all the while knowing that this is the
man who will one day betray his family to their deaths.

It should be interesting to write.

I've also been working on my websites. The other day I finished updating Everybody Hurts my fanlisting collective. I'm know working on updating Underground Love the fanlisting for Jareth/Toby from the Jim Hendersen film Labyrthing as well as Imaginary Music my fan video site. I've also entered a compitition at Bubble.nu to win a free domain which would be amazing if I did- so much easier to look after all my websites.

I'm also thinking of making a Lucius/Narcissa fansite and need ideas for names. At the moent I have Pureblood Love but I'm not really fond of it. Anyone got any suggestions for more?

I'm moving all my communities from LJ to here though the ones at LJ are staying up. I'll let you know when they're up.
